Develop functional bag types: self-supporting nozzle bag (suitable for liquid beverages), zipper self-supporting bag (repeated sealing), and shaped bag (such as triangular bag, handbag), differentiated through structural patents.
For example, designing a self-supporting bag with a one-way exhaust valve for a coffee brand to prevent coffee beans from oxidizing and releasing gas.
Intelligent packaging integration: Integrating NFC chips or variable QR codes on the bag body to achieve product traceability and marketing interaction (such as scanning codes to receive coupons), enhancing customer added value.
Configure a tensile testing machine (to test the tear resistance strength of the bag body), an oxygen permeability tester (for barrier performance), and a high and low temperature testing chamber (for weather resistance) to conduct 12 quality inspections from raw material entry to finished product exit, with a defect rate controlled below 0.5‰
Adopting high-definition gravure printing (with a dot precision of 175dpi) and digital printing (supporting small batch customized patterns), it meets the strict visual requirements of high-end brands for packaging. For example, designing packaging bags with hot stamping and partial UV printing for luxury samples to enhance texture.
Adopting digital printing and flexographic bag making technology, supporting small orders of up to 500 pieces, the sampling cycle is compressed to 48 hours, meeting the high-frequency iteration needs of new consumer brands.
The self standing bag is equipped with a zipper seal or easy to tear opening, which allows users to easily open and seal, making it convenient for multiple uses of products (such as snacks, coffee beans, etc.), avoiding moisture and spoilage of the contents, and extending the shelf life of the product.
The bag size and capacity can be adjusted according to product specifications, and functional designs such as suction nozzles, hand holes, and easy to tear threads can be added to meet the needs of different usage scenarios (such as designing safety zippers for children's food packaging, and liquid products can be paired with suction nozzles for easy drinking).
The packaging surface can be enhanced with processes such as hot stamping and embossed printing to improve texture, or through QR codes, anti-counterfeiting labels, etc. to achieve brand interaction and product traceability, enhancing consumer trust.
